Analysis eShip provides information necessary for evaluating on-time delivery performance, invoice accuracy, and other metrics. Reports will answer critical questions like "What percentage of shipments arrived within two days?" and "Which regions have less than 95% on-time delivery within the last month?" Whether or not a shipment is "on-time" can be determined by comparing a requested delivery date to the actual delivery date or to the number of days a shipment was in transit. On-time performance reports are available with the option of using the consignee, carrier or shipper as criteria. A detailed report shows every shipment within a specified time frame. A delivery summary report shows the total number of shipments, number of on-time shipments and reasons for late shipments. Another report, the summary by region, displays on-time performance for each region.
