Rate multiple carriers according to tariffs and carrier contracts. Selection can be based upon least cost, best performance, or preferred carrier.

Once a shipper profile has been configured with discounts, minimums, and accessorial charges, exact rates based upon a tariff or carrier contract can be calculated.

After the information to rate a shipment is submitted by the rate request page, a list of applicable carriers is displayed. The information displayed includes the carrier, mode of transportation, total charges, accessorial charges, routing, and estimated arrival date. The list of carriers can be sorted in order of cost, delivery time, performance criteria, preferred carrier status, or any combination thereof.

By selecting a carrier, the details of the rate and route will be displayed. The detail screen shows the cost of accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, and routing. From the carrier rate form, a user can also select the carrier to tender the shipment to and a request a pickup.

Rating data is available for over 1,200 transportation price lists including bureau rates, individual carrier tariffs, and base rates used by major shippers.
