Tendering Requests for new shipments can be submitted via eShip or transmitted using an electronic data interchange (EDI) transaction. The web page interface automatically fills in customer information, such as the address, based upon the user profile. Users can then submit a shipment by adding additional information including the consignee, weight, reference number and required delivery date and time. Once the shipment has been submitted, a transaction will instantly be sent notifying the carrier of a new shipment. The carrier will be notified via an email, EDI, or XML transaction.
